1. M.A.C. PROduction will provide all the necessary equipment in the agreed upon package(audio, lights, etc) unless otherwise indicated by client.

2. M.A.C. PROduction will maintain proper decorum in regards to volume, language and dress at all times.

3. M.A.C. PROduction must be advised in advance of any and all foreseeable and potential problems(e.g. inclement weather, alternative location, civil disturbances, etc). We will make every effort to fulfill the contractual agreement, but cannot guarantee the outcome in cases or situations beyond the control of this company in respect to and for the safety of its team members.

 

4. M.A.C. PROduction client(s) will be allowed to inspect all equipment prior to the start of event(s) to ensure that all instruments are performing properly.

 

5. M.A.C. PROduction client(s) agree to reimbursement for any and all damages to equipment caused by themselves or any member(s) of their event with the exact model and make (or newer) within 5 business days.

 

 

Please read carefully. This is a legal and binding contract for audio services provided by M.A.C. PROduction. Upon accepting services by this company you willingly submit to these terms. In the case that this contract is breached, the client will be taken to court and will pay all costs associated with the legal process(e.g. filing fee, process server fee and court costs)
